The word Entheo is derived from the Greek, which literally means to be within energy or spirit. As cultural creatives and entrepreneurs, Carl and Natalie’s PURPOSE is to create uplifting and energising brands that inspire joy and confidence and transform people, so that they can have a positive impact on the world around them.

Natalie is a writer, speaker, women’s leadership coach, and the inventor of The Six ‘I’s® of Innovation, a Model and assessment tool that helps individuals measure their innovation strengths and provides a journey map to make innovation practical and effective. As an experienced innovation specialist, she has over 25 years working as a corporate innovation director, a business consultant and entrepreneur. Passionate about harnessing diversity, Natalie’s mission is focused on promoting purpose and people driven innovation, and inspiring and elevating people’s thinking on not only what they can create, but how - the mind, skill sets and cultural environments - that make every day and radical innovation happen. She believes that we are on the cusp of transformational change, not just digital disruption, but deep psychological change that will determine our future, and that it is only when human beings align their personality and strengths around a core positive purpose, they are unstoppable in doing good for themselves, their organisations, and the world around them. She has been featured in The Sunday Times, British Airways Highlife Magazine, Blomberg TV and many other media. She is also the Award winning author of Yes, You Can Innovate. Carl is a lifestyle entrepreneur and music specialist having spent over 30 years working in the arts and creative industries in a variety of financial management roles. He has also developed music and innovation brands such as The Six ‘I’s® of Innovation, Music for the Soul, and Sunday Soul Sessions. As a Co-Founder of The Entheo Network, he has been instrumental, in partnership with IT specialists, in creating and managing the development of the Six ‘I’s® profile management and reporting system. He is also responsible for the commercial aspects of the organisation, providing operational and financial support as it grows and extends its brand palette internationally. Carl is also a professional old school vinyl DJ. He has made it his mission to preserve the authenticity and sound of original music. By extending his passion for vinyl, in Malaysia he helped to shape part of the music scene with his Soul, Funk and Disco series ‘STOMP’ and in Singapore he was a member of the Collective ‘Gimme Shelter,’ a vinyl only event with some of Singapore’s and the world’s most sought-after DJs. Carl continues to build on this with his own brand Music for the Soul. A purist at heart, he loves nothing more than the snap crackle and pop sound of vinyl and playing to a crowd to curate an unforgettable experience. Carl has performed at some of Asia’s most prestigious events including Iskandar Puteri Jazz festival in Malaysia both as a DJ and emcee.
